Roundtable discussions are monthly sessions where mentors, participants, and community members come together to discuss the topic of the month. Each discussion will be a different focus. Strengthen your inner and outer voice so that you can speak up for yourself and the ideas and issues that matter most to you. Through a mix of coaching, training, role play, and group conversation, participants will develop the mindset, skill set, and habits to boost their communication confidence so they can speak with power and impact and move people to take action whenever they speak.

In this interactive discussion you'll learn:
- The importance of unapologetically declaring what we want for ourselves -why stepping into your moxie begins as a choice (often an uncomfortable one)
- Begin to develops habits
- Habits in thinking, feeling, behaving, and speaking (to ourselves and others)
